How do I shop at Garden of Eden for the first time?

You are always more than welcome to come down to our store to shop in person as long as you bring a valid photo ID, and we are open from 9am-9pm everyday. If you would like to place your order online prior to coming to the store, please visit goe.menu/menu, click on MENU, and signup for a new online account with your valid photo ID. After your account is set up, you can add items to your cart and checkout. Once your order is placed, you can head on down to the store to pickup your order, or if you placed a delivery order just sit tight while we work on getting it out to you. What are Garden of Eden's store hours?

We accept returns for defective products within 30 days of purchase.

Where can I park when visiting Garden of Eden Hayward?

You can park anywhere on Foothill Boulevard except from 7am-9am and 4pm-6pm every day of the week. During those times please park on the adjacent side streets. Please note you may not block any driveways or parking lot entrances at any time for any reason.

Where can I park when visiting Garden of Eden Livermore?

Once you have pulled into the entrance to Darcie Kent Vineyards, you may park along the right side of the premesis or in the Eden pickup parking spaces.

I do not live in California, can I still shop at Garden of Eden?

Yes, you only need a valid Government issued photo ID that proves that you are at least 21 years old.

What taxes are being applied to my purchase?

15% Excise Tax and 10.75% Sales Tax are charged on cannabis products.

What forms of identification are accepted at Garden of Eden?

We accept any government issued photo ID with a valid expiration date. Some examples are:
• Drivers License
• Identification Card
• Passport

Do I need an ID to buy cannabis at Garden of Eden?

Yes, you will need to bring a valid government issued photo ID with you when shopping at Garden of Eden. We do not accept expired IDs.

Why does Garden of Eden scan my ID?

California cannabis laws require licensed dispensaries, like Garden of Eden, to verify the validity of the ID and the age of each customer. The ID scanner automates both of those checks and provides more accurate verification of authenticity. We also scan your ID to retrieve your customer account. The State of California requires licensed dispensaries to internally link each cannabis transaction to a person's account so that daily purchase limits can be tracked.

Does Garden of Eden share my data with any companies or governments?

How do I place an order on Garden of Eden's website?

To place an online order, please visit www.goe.menu/menu/ and click on MENU in the upper right hand corner. You will need to sign in to your account or create a new one if you have not done so already. You can then place any item in your cart and then checkout to place your order. Once your order is placed, you are more than welcome to come down to the store to pick it up at anytime. What are Garden of Eden's online ordering hours?

Our online shopping cart is on 24/7. Orders placed while we are closed will be serviced the following day.

Can I place an online order but have someone else come and pick it up?

No, all cannabis purchases need to be made by the ID holder that matches the name on the customer order.

Do I need to visit the store first before ordering online?

Not at all, you can sign up for a new online account on your phone or computer using your valid photo ID or sign in to an existing one and place an online prepaid order at any time before coming down to the store.

If I prepay for my online order how long will Garden of Eden hold it for me?

Customers that prepay for their order online will have their order packed and set aside by Garden of Eden staff. Paid orders will be held until the customer arrives to pick it up. If the order is not picked up within five days of ordering, the order will be completed. If the order is not picked up within one week of completing, the contents of the order will be forfeited and refunded. Our Help Desk team will reach out to customers that have paid but not yet picked up their order.


ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT FORMS

What forms of payment are accepted in store?

Garden of Eden accepts cash and debit cards with or without a chip. When using our card terminal, you will be charged a service fee of $3.

What forms of payment are accepted online?

We accept ACH, direct bank to bank payment for online prepayment at checkout. When using our online payment portal, you will be charged a service fee of $2.25

Is there an ATM available at the store?

No. Garden of Eden does not have an ATM in store.


Veterans, Seniors, SSI / Disability, and medical DISCOUNTS

Does Garden of Eden offer discounts for Seniors?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount to seniors over the age of 65.

Does Garden of Eden offer discounts for Veterans?

Yes, we offer veterans a 10% discount if they bring in their discharge form DD-214, a VA card, or any other form of identification issued by any branch of military.

Does Garden of Eden offer discounts for persons with disabilities?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount to persons covered under disability/SSI. An election letter should be provided annually to maintain the active discount.


CLUB EDEN rewards program

Does Garden of Eden have a rewards program for customers?

Yes, enroll yourself in Club EDEN today and start earning 1 point for every non-tax dollar you spend at Garden of Eden. You can then use those points to redeem products from the menu for $.01. Detailed information about our rewards program can be read here.

Can I transfer my Club EDEN rewards points to another member?

No, your Club EDEN points are non-transferrable.

Do my Club EDEN rewards points expire?

Yes, Club EDEN points expire if not a purchase is not made within 6 months.

How do I Join Club EDEN?

You are automatically enrolled in Club Eden if a phone number is on file with us. We highly recommend enrolling in Club Eden text rewards to be the first to know about new products, exclusive updates and automatically eligible for bonus point days. Enroll in text rewards at www.goe.menu/clubeden, or call the Eden Help Desk at 510-200-9555 and one of our hopsitality associates will help you get enrolled.

How do I redeem my Club EDEN points?

Simply place a regular order for any product on the menu that you would like to buy and either prepay or come down to the store to checkout for that order. At checkout, let you budtender know that you would like to also redeem some of your Club EDEN points and then pull up your online wallet and click redeem on the product you want and show the budtender the coupon. Your product will then be added to your cart for only $.01. Please do not redeem products in your online wallet when you are not physically at the store in front of a budtender.
